Chad Brownstein co-founded ITU Ventures and shares responsibility for directing overall investment strategy and oversees day-to-day activities. Prior to founding ITU Ventures, Chad was a member of the Merchant Banking and Investment Banking divisions of Donaldson, Lufkin and Jenrette. Previously he was employed in the investment banking division at DLJ, where he participated in public and private investment banking activities including equity, debt and merger/advisory transactions.

Chad Brownstein received a B.A. from Tulane and attended Columbia Business School.
