Born in Queens, NY in 1957, Russell Simmons is one of the biggest names in Hip-Hop. He co-founded Def Jam, created the HBO Def Poets program and Phat Farm clothing company. Simmons is a super talented and creative guy. One of his brothers, Joseph Simmons, is "Reverend Run" of Run DMC.

He is now launching a new mens clothes line Argyle Culture and recently invested Global Grind, an online hip-hop site.
