Stuart Scott was born July 19, 1965 in Chicago, Illinois. He is an American sportscaster for ESPN, most visibly as an anchor on SportsCenter. Scott attended Richard J. Reynolds High School in Winston-Salem, NC and later the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
At SportsCenter Scott was part of a duo with Rich Eisen which made both famous. His use of non-standard English elevated his profile as a sports broadcaster, but also made him the target of criticism. One of his most famous lines: "He's as cool as the other side of the pillow."
